Academy 23/24 trials 

New performance features - 

Speed Testing; players will be put through a series of speed tests and look to see if they can improve on this throughout the season

Strength and conditioning programme (From Sam George and specialised Personal Trainers)

Nutrition support 

Video Analysis; Filming from coaches throughout allowing players to gain a better understanding of tactical considerations

Experience high-pressure gameplay scenarios

11v11 Match Play; players will be divided into squads that will compete against each other throughout different sessions

New Y1 performance kit for U14+16

75 minute session for longer duration

To keep a fair and consistent system we have to ensure everyone has a chance to trial over a 3 week period and be part of the Academy! We can only take through 15-18 players for each age group to ensure the quality of coaching and standard is of good quality to enhance our players to develop and unlock their potential. 

If successful they will receive an email to be part of the academy and play in certain friendly matches and possibly tournaments. If unsuccessful we will invite the player to the relevant development group to recieve quality weekly coaching from our team!
